MAT PILATES
Pilates is a mind-body workout designed to strengthen your core muscles. It will improve your posture, tone your muscles, reduce stress and help you to become stronger and fitter. It is also widely recognised to help the recovery of injuries and back pain in particular.
MUMS AND BABIES
This 45 min session is a great way to bring the body back into balance after giving birth. Focus is on building up and strengthening the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles and back, so you have the energy for everyday mum life.
We offer these family friendly classes which new and not so new mums are very welcome to join with their babies or alone.

BARRE
This heart-pumping, invigorating 45 min lively session will let you get your sweat on and leave you feeling energised!
Barre focuses on cardio, strength training and stretching. It is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates.
Our barre class is very beginner-friendly and adaptable to different skill sets and ability levels and it's low-impact, so it's also great for all ages and pre- and postnatal women.
PRIVATE CLASSES
For that added personal attention, private classes can be held in the privacy of your own home or park.
One-on-one private sessions focus entirely on you and your needs, whether it’s rehabilitation or general fitness and wellness.
To guarantee the Semi Private sessions remain tailored and personalised, we are suggesting groups of two or three people.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The number of class participants is limited. We recommend early booking.
Please arrive 5-10 mins before class.
You can park at school College du Clos Beguin.
Wear comfortable clothes, leggings, t-shirt/top, socks/barefoot/ gym shoes.
Please bring your own mat, water bottle and towel.
Please, leave your shoes downstairs.
Please wash or disinfect your hands before entering the studio.
Cancellation latest 12 hours before class.
Payment before class by TWINT or CASH (Arrive on time to make payment by cash)
